 1. Order processing

• Orders placed before 11 a.m. CET (Mon – Fri, excluding French public holidays) ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 11 a.m. CET, on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
  
  

2.  Tracking & delivery

A tracking number is e-mailed once the parcel is handed over to the carrier. All deliveries require a signature on receipt(home address or pick-up point depending on the carrier).
 

3. Unsupported destinations

• We currently do not ship to:
• French overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, French Polynesia, etc.).
• Addresses outside the EU-27, Monaco or Switzerland.
• P.O. Boxes.
• Customers in those locations may order using an eligible delivery address or arrange forwarding at their own cost.
  
  

4. Taxes & customs

• EU & Monaco: prices include applicable VAT; no additional charges at delivery.
• Switzerland: shipped DAP; local VAT and customs clearance fees, if any, are payable by the recipient.
  
  

5. Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the indicated transit time, or arrives damaged/lost, e-mail contact@gaspardcottance.com within 7 days (include order number and photos where relevant). We will open a claim with Colissimo, Chronopost or DHL and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Address changes

Address changes are possible only before the parcel leaves our warehouse. After the 11 a.m. CET cut-off, we cannot guarantee modifications.
